The only real complaint that I have is one of the metal push in posts is a little sharp at the end, that's not a big deal though considering that part will never touch one's lip.
The little gem is very sparkly, and it's small so it's not very "showy". :]

This is for a brand new ring made of bioplast which is flexible for comfort, the top screws into labret for security and has a 2mm gem - Very cool;) !, 16 gauge, 8mm long
