(More customer reviews)The Swarovski gem is the perfect size for a labret and very sparkly. I was excited about the bio-plast, but it arrived and it's not the clear bio-plast or very flexible. It was white hard plastic, that thankfully I could still cut to fit(which is great). I have other bio-plast backings that I've purchased from Hot Topic and the gem fits nicely in those, so I may go that route if this plastic turns out to be uncomfortable. The Gem is worth the money though, haven't found anything close to it locally.

This is for a brand new labret ring made of bioplast which is flexible for comfort, the top is press to fit in labret and is a cz prong set 3mm gem - Very cool;) !, 16 gauge, you can cut the labret to fit perfectly
