(More customer reviews)These stay in easily, slide in quickly, and have not caused any reactions (and I have very sensitive skin). Although you have to buy them seperately, I would suggest these earings. The only down side is that the stripes are only painted on one side. Other than that though, they have been perfectly fine. I didn't need any rubber backing- and sleep in them perfectly fine.
