(More customer reviews)I ordered a pair of 1/2" black obsidian plugs from Toltec. Upon arrival, they were decent cuts, both evenly flared and circular however 1 of 2 plugs had blemishes on both sides. Usually, there's some kinda flaw on stone plugs but usually its just one side so you can wear the good side out. Anyways.. I b&%#ed about it on amazon and the seller read it. He contacted me in a quick, friendly manner and offered to send a replacement. I'm a retail manager and that is excellent customer service. I appreciate Toltec handling the issue in a cool manner. Thanks.
