(More customer reviews)I would not suggest purchasing the plastic flexible if it is for a Monroe piercing. The plastic does not secure the stone as well as the metal screw in type.

This is for a brand new labret ring made of bioplast which is flexible for comfort, the top is press to fit in labret and is a blue prong set 3mm gem - Very cool;) !, 16 gauge, you can cut the labret to fit perfectly
